Whats Your Story..........We Don't Want To Miss It.

Good Morning Sweet Ladies,
First off, I know that I have a lot of readers that read my blog that I have never met. I get between 300 and up to 350 hits a day, double that because most go to other pages and read. Thank youuuuuuu so much! For me that is a lot of ladies with stories! I want you to know even though you may not leave a comment (I understand, everyone is so busy , smile).............I think and pray for every one of you and know that you each have a very unique and individual story that is yours. I know.........some of you have written to me personally. Some stop by to thank me for my little freebies and that is a gift to me, some tell me a little bit of their story and then I feel like family. Some emails have broke my heart in two and I tell my Jesus to comfort you. I can only imagine what the Lord feels over every one of your sorrows. I am sure He weeps. Any way last night I was exhausted. It started about 3 in the afternoon and I had to just keep going, because of our moving our lives out of our home for 8 hours a day........ in to the college kitchen....... Here on the farm there are a lot of things that need to get done here before we do that. Anyway I was working on a little post that I want to put up for Monday, OUR 36th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY! It is not going to be spent with my honey, but with a lot of sweaty football players. Smiling!!!!!! Anyway I was in picnik getting one of the pictures fixed up..........(it is a surprise, you won't want to miss, promise) and ping!!!..............on my computer it was around 9:30 exhausted by this time. That meant someone left me an email................ I looked..........and this is what it said: I have been given permission to write this. Thank you Donna for opening up your heart!
Wonderful giveaway!

5. For Christmas I would love to:

give my daughter one more hug ... she went to Heaven last year at the age of 29.
Hugs,
I thought and hurt in my soul............it rang through my brain again,
give my daughter one more hug ............ she went to Heaven last year at the age of 29.

I just could not ignore this. I went to the Momma's blog and got her personal email and immediately wrote back to her. My hands could not type fast enough. I had to tell her
that even though I didn't understand.............I cared and that I had asked
Jesus to give Amber a hug. This is what she sent me back.
Her Story:

Linda,
Thank you for taking the time to write to me ... it means a lot when people realize what it is like to have a child enter the gates of Heaven before you. I miss Amber so much. She was with us 24/7 with a form of Muscular Dystrophy. She was diagnosed at the age of 10 and wheelchair bound by 12. Her passing was sooo unexpected and so sudden. I am still in shock.

(this part jumped off the page)
I also wanted to let you know that Amber and my other daughter wore so many of the jumpers you designed in the 80's. I purchased and made every design you had in a pattern. I came across the Peace Creek patterns the other day and have them packed away. I still have the jumpers, etc that I made and spent so many hours sewing. The buttons are adorable I used on them. I will never part with them I want them to always be in our family. I was thrilled months ago when I realized that you were the lady I bought the patterns from. You would sent a little message about your family and your little one (is it Tessa?) and now she is grown!! How time flies! I have so enjoyed your blog now that I found you again.
Again thanks again for taking the time to email me. My blog is

Blogging has been a big distraction for me and dealing with our loss.
I hope I win the giveaway!
God Bless and Hugs,

Ladies........I almost missed it.........I was tired.........Thank you Lord that I didn't,
I know it was You that was typing her the letter!
He lives in me! I am thankful.
I thought of this verse.
You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. Such confidence as this is ours through Christ before God. II Corinthians 3:3-4
I am so thankful I received the gift! Her story............I had been woven in her story years back. I had no idea...........thank you, you gave lots of hugs last night and this morning.
I am so thankful I didn't miss it.

Click here to enter! It is simple!

This is Donna ... this is precious what you did for Amber and me. I loved seeing that smile when I opened up your page! The blogging world is such a wonderful group of people. I can never thank you enough. I have had so many other women contact me who have lost children and came across my blog who have been an inspiration to me.
I know each and every moment Amber is watching me and I find comfort that we will see each other again one day. It's my faith that gets me through each day. You are such an inspiration to me and I so enjoy your blog.
I have pictures I will scan and send to you of Amber with her jumpers on that you designed. You have touched my heart more than you will ever know.
